Our Preschool Director Kath Boyd (Master Education; Bachelor Education: Primary; Diploma Teaching: Early Childhood) joined the College in 2010. Kath is a dedicated, enthusiastic and experienced Early Childhood Teacher who believes that the Preschool staff, program, facilities and educational experiences should be of the highest standard.

Mount Sinai Preschool is the Early Childhood service connected to the College in Sydney. Children aged between three and six years of age are nurtured by highly qualified and experienced Early Childhood Educators. Extensive opportunities flow through the Preschool's comprehensive curriculum which emphasises families, the Jewish Identity, traditions and festivals. The importance of learning through play is recognised, and the National Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) together with the Reggio Emilia Educational Philosophy guides the teachers' practices. Children's interests and strengths influence the daily program and families are encourage to be involved in their child's educational journey and become part of the wider school community.
