'At the heart of education should be the education of the heart'

The College community values and has always instilled in our students the virtues of kindness, tolerance, compassion and respect. Charity is put into action and our students, through committees and class activities, annually raise significant sums of money that is donated to various Jewish, Israeli and Australian causes.

Our ‘buddy’ system – where a Year 6 student is assigned a Kindergarten child to look after, read to and work with each week – is central to creating a harmonious, caring environment. It is in these ways that the special family-school environment of Mount Sinai has never, and will never be compromised.
