Learning with technology
Mount Sinai College creates learners for life. Guided by the College’s strong vision, learning is relevant, personalised, inquisitive and fun. Our ongoing commitment to innovative teaching is supported by an effective technology program and award-winning learning spaces designed to encourage flexibility, creativity and collaboration.
All staff and students from K–6 are equipped with an iPad and have access to both Windows and Mac computers. Through the purposeful integration of technology, students are encouraged to think critically, creatively and through a lens of empathy.

In the early years, our K–2 teachers use Apple technology to inspire curiosity, nurture creativity and spark a sense of wonder in every student. Alongside rich classroom learning experiences, students develop foundational technology skills that support confidence, independence and digital fluency. Technology is thoughtfully and selectively integrated into lessons in ways that enhance and redefine learning experiences, ensuring our youngest learners engage meaningfully with the world around them.
Our teachers also design dynamic learning experiences that take students in Years 3–6 beyond the classroom, encouraging collaboration, creativity and authentic real-world learning. These opportunities help students develop entrepreneurial thinking, confidence and problem-solving skills that prepare them for the future.
Using Apple technology, students are empowered to create their own songs, movies, books, podcasts, games, 3D models, augmented reality experiences, animations and digital artworks. Through hands-on, purposeful learning, students become active creators, critical thinkers and innovative learners.

Learning spaces
The College has recently redeveloped the entire campus - developing new, award-winning learning spaces featuring flexible classroom layouts, furniture and breakout areas for collaboration. These are complemented by the online learning tools that are used across the College that provide live feedback and online collaboration, in the College and at home.
