Nurturing the next generation of Jewish leaders
At our ELC, we take pride in providing a nurturing environment for young minds to grow and thrive. Focusing on literacy, numeracy, and play-based learning, we create an engaging and enriching experience for children between the ages of two and five.
Understanding the importance of nurturing Jewish identity – Jewish values and culture are embraced and celebrated through song, movement and creative activities as the Hebrew language is seamlessly integrated into the ELC program, allowing children to connect with their heritage in a meaningful way.
As an Early Learning Centre, we believe that every child deserves a strong foundation for future success. Through our educational approach, we strive to instil a love for learning, a sense of community, and a deep appreciation for Jewish traditions.
ELC Kingsford Campus (ages 2-3) and ELC Maroubra Campus (ages 3-5) are intimately linked with MSC’s practices and ethos – ensuring continuity and a feeling of security when our children enter Kindergarten.

Meet the team
Your child is nurtured by a team of highly qualified and experienced educators passionate about early childhood development.
Our childcare educators value the importance of learning relationships, wherein both the adult and the child learn from one another. We are deliberate, purposeful and thoughtful in our decisions when providing learning opportunities within our childcare centres. Inclusion is evident in MSC’s practices as educators ensure that all children’s life experiences are recognised and valued.
“Learning and teaching should not stand on opposite banks and just watch the river flow by; instead, they should embark together on a journey down the water. Through an active, reciprocal exchange, teaching can strengthen learning how to learn.”
— Loris Malaguzzi
LEARNING APPROACH
Our curriculum is designed to challenge and inspire while fostering a sense of joy and curiosity in our students. The importance of learning through play is recognised, and the National Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), together with the Reggio Emilia Educational Philosophy guides teacher practice.
“Education means making creators…inventors & innovators...”
