In this workshop, Dr Kristy Goodwin will equip families with science-backed solutions they can embed into their family situation that will support their digital wellbeing. By including both students and parents, this will allow discussion of pertinent issues and design a personalised digital wellbeing plan for their family. Dr Kristy will share realistic strategies to help establish a personalised plan to operate in each of the attendees family's home. This will consider what students do online, how much time they're spending on devices, where, how and when devices will be used at home and with whom students can interact with online.
